Research
A number of clients rely on me for my ability to find out
what they need to know, whether it's business information
or technical information. Given a clear notion of my client's
goal and its context, I'm often able to turn up additional
beneficial information the client did not consider or expect
to find. If the information exists, I can likely find it.
In the research phase of any project, nothing is more important
than being armed with a small but complete set of incisive
questions. No information that can be obtained from any source,
should escape notice. It's been my responsibility to draw
up and administer such lists on the behalf of clients who
now rightly consider themselves well-informed.
